To say Olivia has deep roots in Dallas is an understatement. Her great-grandparents immigrated from Sicily and opened the city’s first fish market in 1927. Both her grandparents and parents met on campus at SMU, and she was raised in the heart of the Park Cities. As a fourth-generation Dallasite, Olivia knows the city like the back of her hand—guiding clients not only to the right home, but also to the best martini or burger in town.
Olivia launched her real estate career in 2016 by founding realcoolapts.com, a boutique platform focused on rentals. Over the years, she has proudly helped dozens of renters transition into first-time home ownership.
